Customer must submit a photo of damaged item to Customer Service. They will replace defective items with same product, when available. If an exact replacement is not available United Cutlery will replace the product with a like item or suitable substitute. For replacement, the product must be returned to United Cutlery, freight prepaid. This warranty is voided (as determined by United Cutlery) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear that might occur. Unsellable merchandise is not covered under the United Cutlery product warranty.
