The Launch 4 opens with a push button, recessed so that it is level with the flat of the handle. This is a safety feature and makes it harder for the knives to accidentally deploy. For left-handed use, press the blade-release/lock button with your index finger instead of your thumb. Everything I Wanted
Been looking at different auto knives and researching for nearly a month. Decided I wanted it to be small as I wear shorts frequently and wanted to still pack it wherever I went. This little knife is perfect! Small handle but still feels pretty good in hand. PLENTY of snap on button press. Button is slightly difficult to press but that is intentional as it doesn’t come with a lock and you don’t want to trigger it all the time. Quality build and blade. Most people are surprised with the small size of this knife, so the one thing you need to check before purchasing. On to the price, the Launch goes for well over 100 bucks on the Kershaw site. Perry KE easily had the best pricing for this knife compared to multiple online sellers I checked. Will be purchasing more things with these guys in the future.
