Bradford, Penn. – June 2, 2023 – W .R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company (Case Knives), a leading manufacturer of premium knives, introduces a variety of new collections launching at this year’s BLADE Show, scheduled for June 2-4, 2023 in Atlanta, GA. Joining Case at this year’s show are several new collaborators to the Case brand; outdoor survival experts Laramy Miller and Roland Welker and esteemed custom knifemaker Bill Ruple. Products will be available on caseknives.com and at brick-and-mortar Case authorized retailers across the country starting this fall.
Case will be debuting two new collections at Blade, the RW series, made in collaboration with Roland Welker (“The 100 Day King”) and The Sasquatch series created alongside Laramy Miller. The RW series includes the RW100 and the RW Caper. The RW knives feature Natural MicartaTM handles and high carbon 1095 carbon steel blades. The Sasquatch series includes the Sasquatch Bowie and the Sasquatch Skinner, with Natural MicartaTM handles and high carbon 1095 CaswellTM coated blades that are easy to resharpen while maintaining toughness.
Also joining Case at the booth this year is legendary knifemaker Bill Ruple, who will introduce new patterns and bring back others of historical significance that Case has rarely, if ever, made before. Each will offer premium features and a first-rate quality that rivals those of an original knife from Ruple’s own custom shop.
All three guests will be signing autographs, distributing Case branded swag and entertaining attendees with trivia question-and-answer sessions at the Case booth (109) throughout the show.

Expanding their Modern EDC category, Case has added the WestlineTM knife, an impressive mix of modern features that are hard to find in today’s competitive market. The knife is fully equipped with a stonewash finish modified drop point blade made of tough S35VN stainless steel, hard anodized aluminum scales that feel just right, an ambidextrous thumb stud and a dependably quick, assisted opening liner locking mechanism. The steel clip is removable and can be attached to either side of the knife for everyday carrying. Available in red, black, blue and silver, the Westline is the company’s first assisted-opening modern EDC knife to be made in its Bradford, Pennsylvania facility using their newest high-tech manufacturing equipment.
Case is also adding carbon fiber-handled versions of the WestlineTM, as well as their Marilla® and Kinzua® patterns, to this year’s line-up. These three EDC patterns are all one-handed opening knives with S35VN blades with durable, yet lightweight carbon fiber scales on the mark side and black anodized aluminum on the pile side. Marbled handle styles include black/gray, black/white and blue/white. The Marilla and Kinzua’s flipper designs offer quick and reliable deployment with a simple flip of your index finger that snaps open on a ball bearing pivot. Their frame locking mechanism secures the blade in position when fully opened. A reversible deep carry steel pocket clip allows for a comfortable, and versatile, pocket carrying experience.
