cheap thinking... amazing results
I bought this knife with the least amount of high expectations in mind... was I ever shocked! The knife comes well packed and is oiled for action. It is a smooth feeling knife with no hot spots. Kind of on the slim and slender side but it is perfect for Pocket carry when you don't want a massive knife to take the space up. The opening of the knife is something to get use to but after a few rounds of messing with it everything starts to work faster. The pocket clip is a little high but solid as a rock. The blade is tip up carry and has not opened in my pocket on me yet. The cutting edge came crazy sharp and clean. I was making some wood curls of a piece of pine and it make very fine and nice curls with no problems. When you need it to bite in just go and it will do. The lock up on the knife is solid as a rock and don't doubt it at all. Great knife for anyone. I use mine for small camp tasks and small bushcraft chores. Also it is a cool knife and the grind is simple and amazing. Easy to strop and service. I have carved about 3 spoons and 2 large chunks of pine down to curls and she held the edge very well. Too lk about 3 minutes of heavy strop and about 5 minutes and light strop to get it razor sharp. All in all great knife and awesome tool to carry!
