In order to be eligible for service or replacement under this Warranty, the original retail purchaser must return a completed authorized warranty card. With respect to such Product, this Warranty supersedes any and all other warranties. Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which BTI receives written notice by the Buyer will be remedied without charge within a reasonable time after such notification and delivery of the Product as provided below.
